A quick note to thank you and your staff for such good service this week. Steve was punctual, polite and helpful on all occasions, as was Ian on the one day he stood in. It certainly helped in the smooth running of our 5 day tour of East Anglia as any problems with transport for 32 tourists would have been pretty disastrous!
