Staff Training:
- Risk assessments and Covid-19 secure training will have taken place with depot support staff and drivers for a safe and sanitized coach operation including Luggage handling Risk Assessment.
- We have been given “We’re Good to Go” (Visit Britain) accreditation. The coach industry standard for Covid-19 operations.
Pre –Trip:
- Before any vehicle leaves our depot it will have had a sanitizing “fogging” treatment with our new fog sanitizer machine.
- Our Air conditioning systems will be on fresh air intake mode and be fitted with Hepa filters and eco3 air purifiers.
- Sufficient stocks of cleaning and sanitizing products will be on board. Spare face masks will be available if required. (someone will always lose one !!)
On your Journey:
- Pre boarding temperature checks will be carried out by the driver on a random basis, Passengers must be aware of this and advised they will be denied boarding if they present a temperature above 38 degrees.
- Hand Sanitizers will be in placed at the front & rear doors and must be used each time the coach is boarded.
- Drivers and passengers will be voluntary required to wear face coverings whilst on board the coach.
- Social distancing of one meter may not be possible on the coach, but we will space out where possible.
- Toilets will be available and only for emergency use. They will then be sanitised at each end of the journey if used.
- All surfaces will be wiped with sanitizer spray after ever journey, this includes handrails, armrests & window ledges.
- The bus may be used for other work between private hires but will be fully sanitised after every trip.
